Management Trainee, Researcher, Associate Consultant, Consultant, or Sr. Consultant.
Locations:
Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong.
崗位職責：
- 負責獵頭市場拓展，開發新的客戶職位；
- 挖掘潛在的客戶，與潛在客戶保持良好的溝通和聯系；
- 保持和客戶的良好溝通，配合項目組其他成員，共同完成客戶委托；
- 根據公司相關計劃，積極開拓新市場和新客戶，擴大公司業務量；
- 根據客戶要求搜尋候選人；
- 面試候選人，為客戶寫推薦評估報告；
- 安排面試，進行候選人和客戶間的溝通協調工作;
- 幫助候選人與客戶進行入職前的談判，跟蹤候選人入職后的工作情況。
任職要求：
- 本科及以上學歷，一年以上相關工作經歷；
- 有獵頭或相關人力資源咨詢從業經驗；
- 熟悉獵頭工作模式，了解行業動態，擁有客戶資源者優先考慮；
- 對從事人力資源服務行業有極大的熱情和興趣，抗壓能力強；
5. 良好的溝通協調能力和表達能力。

1. 配合設計師進行公司線上（網頁、H5等）及線下平面（品牌宣傳各類手冊、畫冊、海報）等相關宣傳物的設計和制作；
2. 與團隊整體配合，通過對宣傳文字的深入理解和掌控共同提升宣傳影響力，增加推廣效果。
任職資格：
1. 全日制本科以上視覺傳達、平面設計等相關專業在讀；
2. 能熟練操作 Photoshop, Illustrator等相關軟件；
3. 具有較深的美術功底, 良好的審美觀和創新能力, 有較強的創意思維能力和創新精神；
4. 能感知設計和廣告行業的最新趨勢；
5. 自學者，對于行業內的最新的技術和實踐等，有自我激勵的學習欲望；
6. 有較強的設計需求分析能力，能準確理解客戶需求；
7. 具有強烈的責任心，善于溝通與協作，能高質量高效率的完成工作。
